    • Declaration of Natural Rights
      • Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness
      • Governments protect those rights
      • Governments that do not protect should be eliminated
    • List of Grievances
      • Taxes without consent, overriding colony’s charter, and not listening to any complaint
    • Resolution of Independence
      • Institution of the United States
      • 56 men sign the document as representative of the colonies
