Collecting client’s needs (45 min) • 4 groups • Each group will be divided in 2 subgroups • One subgroup includes 2 or 3 persons • Each subgroup receives one project (2 different projects for each group) • Prepare questions to collect client’s needs (15 min) • Questions will be asked by class to collect requirements for the 2 projects (30 min) Trainers will assist the students throughout the workshops.

  2. Workshop Groups Red group: Renos, Helias, Basil, Theunis, Hans Green group: Sergey, Paulo, Sara, Almudena, Joachim Blue group: Catalin, Levente, Vicenzo, Andrea, Sana Orange group: James, Paul, Goncalo, Nuno, Francisco

  4. Prepare a presentation of the VRV solution (135 min) • Each subgroup will prepare a short presentation for consultants (any format accepted, PPT preferred for didactic purpose) • Presentation outline (suggestion only!): • Summarize the consultant needs: ensure you have understood the brief • Highlight summary of the Daikin strengths related to manufacturing and local distributor • Clear explanation of Daikin solution for the project • Benefits of the control solution to the project • Estimation of installer’s equipment costs + installation costs • Try to influence specification by offering unique Daikin features (products)

Role play : Presentation of VRV solution (220 min) • Each subgroup will delegate a person to present the selected solution. • The jury of consultants is formed by 2 Daikin Europe staff + 1 person from another group • Recommendations: • Be concise and explain practical solution for the project • Do not lose excessive time with company presentation • Do not forget you are in front of consultants, not Daikin staff.
