LCAP: Local Control and Accountability Plan • All school districts are required to produce an LCAP, demonstrating how the Local Control Funding Formula district allocations are linked to meeting the needs of all students. • Each LCAP must address the eight state priorities: • Basic Services • Implementation of the academic content and performance standards, including enabling English Learners to access the core standards and the ELD standards. • Parental Involvement • Pupil Achievement. • Pupil Engagement. • School Climate. • Broad course of study. • Pupil outcomes in the broad course of study.

LCAP Priorities: Pupil Outcomes Pupil Achievement: • Performance on standardized tests • Share of pupils that are college and career ready • Share of English learners that become English proficient • English learner reclassification rate • Share of pupils that pass Advanced Placement exams with 3 or higher • Share of pupils determined prepared for college by the Early Assessment Program. Includes: Pupil Achievement (Priority 4) Other Pupil Outcomes (Priority 8)

LCAP Priorities: Pupil Outcomes Possible Pupil Achievement Measures: • Performance on standardized tests • Ex – There will be a 5% increase in the % of students who meet or exceed standards in Math on the SBAC • English learner reclassification rate • Ex – 5% more English Learner students will be reclassified based on CELDT scores and other criteria • English Learner Proficient • There will be a 5% increase in ELs who meet or exceed AMAO 2 targets. • Share of pupils that pass Advanced Placement exams with 3 or higher • The pass rate on AP exams will increase by 5%. for all students and 7% for unduplicated student groups Includes: Pupil Achievement (Priority 4) Other Pupil Outcomes (Priority 8)

LCAP Priorities: Pupil Outcomes Other Pupil Outcomes: • Pupil outcomes in the subject areas described in Education Code section 51210 and subdivisions (a) to (i), inclusive, of Education Code section 51220, as applicable. (Priority 8) . Includes: Pupil Achievement (Priority 4) Other Pupil Outcomes (Priority 8)

  6. LCAP Priorities: Pupil Outcomes Other Pupil Outcomes possible measures: • Students will show an increase proficiency based on local measures of student success such as Accelerated Readers, NWEA MAP, Imagine Learning or district benchmark exams • California Physical Fitness Test results will improve annually in all areas. • Scores on the Science CST tests will improve by 5% per year. Includes: Pupil Achievement (Priority 4) Other Pupil Outcomes (Priority 8)
