  5. The Corona Margarita The Cocktail • A traditional or frozen margarita accompanied by an upside down Corona, aka CoronaRita • By the way the bottle is positioned, a subtle yet distinct Corona flavor slowly seeps into the margarita while the cocktail is being consumed • The blend of beer and margarita offers a unique and refreshing flavor combination, perfect for summer and beach themes The CoronaRita Clip • The issue with a CoronaRita is the difficulty in handling a margarita glass with an upside-down 12oz. beer bottle • The Solution: • Use a 7oz. Coronita bottle instead of the full size 12oz. bottle • Utilize the CoronaRitaClip which safely secures the 7oz. Coronita bottle on to the margarita glass • The CoronaRita Clip is made of high grade plastic, dishwasher safe, and differentiates the CoronaRita cocktail from other drinks

  6. The Corona Margarita The Logic • The margarita is the #1 ordered cocktail and Corona Extra is the #1 ordered import beer • Corona drinkers are 30% more likely to drink a cocktail with Tequila • Leverage the CoronaRitas’ viralmedia coverage, celebrity exposure, and top-of-mind consumer awareness • The CoronaRitapresentation will garner significant attention from your customers and will help encourage trade-up • The CoronaRitaoffers incremental sales opportunities and a high profit margin The Profit Picture Source: Technomic 2010; SPECTRA, 2009

  18. FAQs • QWhat’s the status of additional templates, a plastic cup with a dome lid and Pacifico logo’d clips for CA? A All are currently under development for late 2011 delivery. • Q Will these clips work with all glassware? A No, these clips work with most margarita and goblet glasses; they should always be tested to confirm compatibility. • Q What’s the average “Up charge” on a CoronaRita compared to a standard Margarita? A Pricing varies but some accounts are charging the same price because the incremental cost of the Coronita is being off-set by using less Margarita mix. The result is the consumer sees it as a tremendous value driving traffic and greater sales.

  19. FAQs • Q Has this clip been tested for consumer safety? A Yes it’s safety was confirmed by an independent 3rd party company. • Q Is the name “CoronaRita” trademarked? A Yes, it’s been submitted for trademark protection. It can be only used with Crown Imports LLC approval. • Q Can this clip be used with a 12oz Corona Extra or only 7oz Coronita? A The 12oz bottle fits inside the clip but it’s designed for and more stable with the smaller Coronita 7oz bottle. • Q What support material is available? A Some graphic templates are available now, additional templates, permanent and semi-permanent P.O.S. are being developed now and will be available soon.

  20. FAQs • Q Is the clip safe for dishwashers? A Yes the clip has been confirmed “Dishwasher safe”. • Q Tips for preparing the perfect CoronaRita? A Ensure Coronita bottle is cleaned and cold before placing it into the Margarita. • Q Will the price of the clips change? A Yes, it’s likely the cost of the clips will go down as quantities increase and production efficiencies are achieved. The cost of the initial clip is slightly higher because we sourced production domestically to speed up, how quickly we could “Go to market”. Also, costs are always higher upfront because of design, patent, molds, set-up etc costs.
