  4. 2016 Business Updates • Ridership • ~310 Riders down ~8 from 2016 • Currently have 29 routes, down 3 from 2016 • Additional route slated to close June 1, 2077 • Plus 1 Spare at Car-ER • Current ownership • Sold 2 full-size vans in last 12 months • Have 4 15 passenger vans and 1 mini-van • Mileage on owned vans 150K to 210K • Other changes • Updated entire website and moved to new server • Started replacing leased vans with 2015/2016 Ford Trailblazers. • Ride better – seating size terrible

  5. 2016 Income vs. Expenses • Income $ 524,648 • Expenses before depreciation ($532,314) • Net before depreciation ($ 7,666) • As compared to $14,866 in 2015 • Net income after $37K in depreciation expenses = ~($44K) as compared to ~($34K) in 2015

  6. 2016 Old Business • Major 2015 costs elements • G&A, Administrator, Adv ~$ 30K Down • Gas & Oil ~$107K Down* • Repairs and Maintenance ~$ 72K Down** • Insurance ~$ 88K Up*** • Lease Payments ~$205K Up**** * ~$33K or 24% decrease ** Up $6K primarily due to van exchanges plus one transmission *** Up $4K plus paid $4K for repairs and vandalism **** New vans costs $50 more per month plus extended loan period to 52 months

New Business • 2017 - One more lease van to replace in August 2017 • 2018 - 3 leased mini-vans will expired in October 2018 • Walter will no longer provide them, so we would have to purchase if we want to continue to provide. • 2018 – Our 2009 minivan has over 200K, hope to continue to use it till March 2018 when CD is available to replace • 2021 • 12/15 Vans leased from Walter will be up..Walter will sell business before then. • I will retire from LANL ~Jan 2021 • Undecided as to if I will continue to be administrator • Other – Open Floor Discussion • Close Meeting
