  16. One week later the bike rack was moved closer to the centre. A real way to involve the staff in decision making. A quick way for Dan to analyze Icomm’s service. A week later Dan put out a survey to the staff to determine Icomm’s shortcomings.

  17. In no other scenario would Colin be asked to write a blog post. The encouragement from the staff on Maddie & Victoria’s 1st blog post is instrumental in their confidence as bloggers. An additional way Trust Weekly can be circulated to the staff.
