  3. IWGW shall be located in the home network of user. FBSC shall be located in the visited network, and one local network needs only one FBSC. FBSC and IWGW

Step 1: FBSC receives the 1x origination message from HAT; Step 2: FBSC sends the CM Service Request message to 1x MSC through A1/A1p interface; Step 3: After the CS call is established, FBSC initiates an inter-BSC handoff to transfer the call to real 1x BSC; Step 4: IWGW updates the bearer of OEP; Key steps of FBSC method

  5. Through SIP message: HAT discovers the FBSC address via the DHCP server when it accesses to DO network; HAT sends SIP message to FBSC through IMS network containing the FBSC address; How FBSC receives the origination message

  6. All messages between FBSC and HAT are sent through IMS network. Many methods to build confidence between FBSC and IMS network, similar to P-CSCF to I-CSCF. Security
