  2. Problem Statement • Long time needed to search and request for courses.

  3. Effects • On Quality: Courses are usually improving knowledge and skills of the employee in his discipline. So, if he missed any course because of the training system problems, this will not improve the quality of his output.

  4. Effects • On Customer Satisfaction: Most employees will not feel good if they missed courses. Addition to that, they may not try to request for other courses in the future because, the training system is not working correctly.

Solution • There should be one website (Example: Training website) for all courses in the company, and each department should post its own courses in that website. • The website should be well organized and easy to use. • Requesting of courses should be done online by the employee him self (which will require his immediate supervisor approval only) through the Training website. • Implementing the system of KFUPM (for searching, adding, and dropping courses) in our company.
