  2. Health science is the applied science maintaining and improving of human health. The health science industry has many medical jobs ranging from dentistry to neurology and from nursing to radiology. The health science industry has a good outlook for it in the next ten years thanks to all of the technological developments. Health Science

  3. Neurology • Is a medical specialty dealing with the nervous system and the brain. • Neurology deals with diagnosis and treatment of all categories of disease involving the central, peripheral, and autonomic nervous system. • Neurology is greatly related to Psychiatric issues with a person.

  4. Neurologist • A physician who works on the nervous system is called a neurologist. • A neurologist studies, diagnose and treat injuries and diseases of the nervous system. • Many neurologists either study in the field of psychiatry or work with a psychiatrist.

  5. Must go through four years of college, four years of medical school, one year of internship, and at least three years as a neurology resident. A bachelor’s degree and a postgraduate degree is necessary in order to become a neurologist. A dentist must have either a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).   10. Salary Of A Dentist • A dentists annual earnings can range from $100,000 to $150,00. • A dentist can get paid over $40 a patient. • A dentist usually works from 35 to 40 hours a week, but new ones work over 40 hours a week.
