  3. Is information important? • You would not want to hire barely adequate employees • You would not want a shonky IT infrastructure in your company • Why then would you would you want to base important business decisions on mediocre information?

  4. But I can find everything on Google! • Google is a great tool and good place to start • Everyone has access to Google • If you want a competitive edge, you need information to goes beyond the lowest common denominator

The Library’s electronic resources • Physical items: Books, videos, DVDs, magazines, journals, company reports • Electronic items • Databases containing access to full-text newspapers, magazines and journals • Market research information • Industry information • Company information • Working papers
