Open Questions • Strategy for trigger information • Implementation • D0OM TMB is single chunk, also part of DST • pack words into as few bits as needed • transparent unpacking routine to make analysis independent of file format (DST or TMB) • Pointers • 8-bit words (as currently specified in most objects) • bit masks (as big as necessary for the event) • both ? • Precision for error matrices • Assume 16-bit here • 32 bits require 2 kB/event more Ulrich Heintz - D0 collaboration meeting
