COUNTRY OFFICES IN LAC 24/7 Services Hours A study on the workflow for processing Travel Authorizations has been carried out in the LAC division, with the purpose of identifying areas of improvements, possibly time-saving, in the preparation of an official trip. The high hot-point identified was the time-difference factor (4/8hrs difference). By the time LAC field offices starts working HQ is closing, thus causing delays of between 6-24 hrs. in the completion of the preparation of the TA. LAC brought out a proposal solution to have a 24/7 service from CWT for reservations and bookings. The purposes was to identify a partnership of CWT in different countries that could provide services during the night in Rome but working hours in field offices. LAC is the first division that implemented this services that started as pilot project from Guatemala and will be replicated in Perú
