  3. End of Year Checklist • No Attendance Profiles printed this year! Just labels. • Ad Hoc Filters – Any filter in the “Attendance Clerk” or “Registrar” group that is not a district filter will be removed. • Campus Community – Be sure to set up your account

  4. Error Reports • T5 vs. Related Services Check • This filter will show a student who has a T5 chosen on their Transportation record, but the student does not have transportation listed in the “Related Services” section of the IEP. • 504 students are not funded for transportation. If a 504 student needs special transportation, they can use the transportation but cannot be marked T5.

  5. Month 10 ADM and ADA Report - Funding • NEW! If you have access to a scanner, you can scan and email the summary pages instead of faxing.

  6. Attendance Data – Labels or Written • No Attendance Profiles this year, just labels! • Attendance Profiles should be printed and placed in the cum folder when a student leaves FCPS.

  7. Elementary Schools – Attendance on Report Cards

  9. Senior Transition Survey • Possibly the last year!

  10. Graduates • Fields not required for 13-14 and beyond: • Diploma period • NCLB Status • Follow documentation carefully for graduates of non A-1 Programs (Family Care Center, Opportunity Middle College, Day Treatment, etc.)

Attendance Letters • 42,934 letters generated and mailed so far this year • Where can I see letter information? • PLP Contact Log • Index > Attendance > Letters > Reports > Posted Letters • Process Inbox for Attendance Clerks, Social Workers and Truancy staff • Can I reprint letters? • Yes! Index > Attendance > Letters > Reprint

  17. Records Transfers • Records released are now imported at IAKSS, with the exception of Transcripts. This will continue for 14-15. • Registrars, pay close attention to your Process Inbox! It should be checked at least once daily. • If you receive a message for a student who was not last enrolled in your school, simply delete the message. Do not Release, Reject or Ignore the request!

Enrollments Tab • When a student is enrolling under any of the following circumstances, be sure to add the last school, district, state, etc. that they last attended: • Student is enrolling in FCPS for the first time in a grade other than Kindergarten • Student is enrolling in FCPS after being enrolled in a different school district or private school • When a student is withdrawing to attend another district or private school, be sure to add the new school, district, state, etc. that they will be attending.

  19. Enrollments Tab - Comments At minimum, for public schools the school name, district and state should be included. For private schools, the school name, city and state should be included. You may also want to include an address, telephone number, etc.
