AABE National Assessment Committee • Objective: • As a result of the National Strategic and Development Plan, the National Membership Survey, and the National Assessment Committee, present findings for an operational plan at a high level view to the AABE National Board for their review, input, and approval to move forward • Goal: • Acquire accurate and defined guidelines from the national Board to fill the gaps of the plan, refine the plan, and implement the plan for future growth, development, and financial stability of the AABE organization and its membership

  3. Presentation Objective • Offer further findings on Strategic Alliance Building in an effort to move forward with building relationships/partnerships with other organizations • Present updates on the status of the National Assessment Committee actions

Meeting Updates • Fund Raising - AABE Retirees • Create a policy to take advantage of retired AABE members’ knowledge and skill sets • Emeritus Status as Senior Advisors • Train retirees in grant writing to take advantage of securing grants for AABE (SNOP) • Establish a retiree fund to support any necessary travel to conferences based upon successful grants secured by retirees • Fund Raising Opportunity • YTB Online Ticketing Opportunity • Partnering Organizations • Banneker • NASA • Organization for Black Airline Pilots
