The most common product in the family of Geosynthetics is non woven fabric. This product is a random assembly of synthetic fibers, put together, which are mechanically & thermally bonded to make into a single layer, commonly made of non woven polypropylene geotextiles and polyester types.

Geotextile fabrics Most woven geotextiles are made of filament polyester (PET), polypropylene (PP), glass, basalt, aramid or carbon fibers; with the fiber preferred depending on the needed features, mostly tensile strength and a very lengthy products existence.
