Goals • Teaching and learning • Goal 1.Help raise the academic skill levels of students on standardizes test (TAKS) by supporting the educator in the implementation of technology into the design of lesson plan and curriculum. (4 Technology Applications (TA) TEKS Implementation (TAC Chapter 126) • Goal 2. Provide the most advanced techniques in education with the available technology to students.

  6. Goals • Educator preparation and development • Goal 3.Provide every new and current teacher, paraprofessional, and administrator in our campus with basic and advanced computer technology training and curriculum development sessions pertaining classroom technology adaptation.

Goals • Administrative and support services • Goal 4.Improve the communication between district and campus administration with faculty in order to make the most accurate decision concerning budget, planning, instructional support and other needs that arise according the needs of our students. • Goal 5. Secure a correlation between the BISD technology plan and the Campus technology plan.

  8. Goals • Infrastructure for technology • Goal 6.Provide more responsive technical support for current and future students as well as assistance with online testing as mandated by the state. And finally, support for all faculty and staff in general. • Goal 7. Ensure technology planning as well as to recommend appropriate implementation of technology and its integration without compromise to the network components peak performance.
