2. MME Supervisor Training • Arrival & Test Day times • 7 am, Q&A Team picks up cart from Skiba’s Office. • There will be Doughnuts & Coffee in PCR • 7:15 am, Test Supervisors meet w Q&A Team for briefing • 7:30 am, Test Supers to Testing rooms • 7:40 am, Students arrive to classrooms • 7:45 am, Testing begins! • Testing Notes: • Cell Phones, Students have their own calculators, please alpha your test room books, Late start, use your judgment for start time, breaks must be exact, no shorter or longer • Student teachers should be assigned • No Substitutes as Test Supervisors! Safe guard = should not be in testing room at all bc not trained. • Dismissed students (for inappropriate behaviors) go to Skiba’s office • Biggest mistakes • ACT break time. . . 10-15 minutes pencil up to pencil down, including instructions. (3 irregularity reports = audit = $ = loose/cut teachers) • Absent Students - Send Answer Key only! • Bussed students not Testing - Wed & Thursday only • Lower Gym, Cafeteria and Media Center. Students will have their choice of where they would like to be. • Please keep in mind that the media center has a maximum capacity lower than the other locations. So, if students want to work in the Media Center, they should not delay with their choice. • Questions?
