  23. Respond to Standards/Criteria Standards/Criteria are already entered in the template as Sections/ Subsections Individual components of each Standard are already entered as Items. Institutions enter their responses in the Body. 2011 eFolioSummitPLUS

Build your Document Repository • Determine how to best structure the exhibits (alphabetical, by Standard, by numbering system) • Upload exhibits for your portfolio as Items to the Document Repository • Link to exhibits by linking to Item URL rather than to the actual document (to allow updating of documents without having to change links) 2011 eFolioSummitPLUS

Complete other required elements • AQIP: Organizational overview, institutional self-evaluation, index to HLC criteria (template uses LinkBuilder function) • Dental Assisting: administrative verification, response to prior stipulations • Create/complete any additional sections needed/wanted – welcome to reviewers, accreditation documents 2011 eFolioSummitPLUS

  26. Create other format if needed • Create pdf of entire portfolio • Copy each page of the final version from the live site (printer-friendly version) and paste into Word document. Format as desired. • Include notice of the eFolio version of your portfolio and provide link to your site at the beginning of the document. • Create pdf from Word document. • Copy files to disc, if required. 2011 eFolioSummitPLUS

  27. Archive your site upon submission • Upon submitting your eFolio for accreditation review, contact Paul Wasko (paul.wasko@csu.mnscu.edu) to archive the site (add the year into the URL). • Enter the archived site and make note on the site that it is an ARCHIVED version or make it private. • Continue to use your regular site to update your eFolio. 2011 eFolioSummitPLUS
