The line is under installation and will be put into operation in July 2008.

Business System • Price & Terms • MCP’ s prices are lower than prices of other manufacturers. • Pricing terms, preferred prices, buyer credit are varied for different customers depending on order quantity, order frequency and credibility of customers. • If prices of steel sheets, chemical are fluctuated, MCP will immediately adjust the sales prices to market price and to assure the efficiency of business performance. • Distribution • Delivery terms: DDP (customers in HCMC or neighboring provinces), EX-WORKS (other part of the country) Food cans Confectionery, paint & chemical cans

Business System • R&D • Since the market of printing and lacquering products and metal packages is very potential, MCP continuously enhance market research, quality improvement to better satisfy customers’ demands. • Since most of metal packages depend on requirements of customers, MCP is not able to take the initiative in developing new products. R&D activities mainly focus on the following: • Study manufacturing process from material preparation to finished products, assuring stable quality products. • Study, improve and develop new shape of packages to orient customers.
