Inspiring Women Doctors in Training 14th March 2013, 9.30am - 4pm Holywell Park, Loughborough University, LE11 3TU You are invited to NHS Midlands and East and shadow East Midlands LETB event for women doctors in training. There will be a full programme of plenary, networking and practical workshop sessions. These sessions will provide you with the opportunity to debate and discuss current issues, with a particular reference your career and leadership development, highlighting the importance of a diverse medical workforce at all levels in the NHS. The event will: ● Using research and role models, provide you with an opportunity to learn about barriers and enablers to career progression ● Help inspire you to progress in your clinical career and beyond into a leadership role ●Enable you to develop skills to improve confidence, relationships and access support ● Be a supportive environment to network, share experience and learn from each other • This event is for: • Female medical trainees from all specialties • More senior Consultants considering a mentoring role and/or involved in mentoring/teaching • Human Resources & Organisational Development Directors This event is FREE to participants Apply through the following link:
