  3. Results • Lawsuit was filed in 2004 by Frank Chavez one behalf of all netflix subscribers • After 2.5 million settlement Netflix released a revised “terms of use.” • If you are a frequent user you will experience more delays than non-frequent users

  4. Ethical Question • Is it Ethical for Netflix to advertise unlimited rentals with day-received shipping if they favor less frequent renters?
