  3. UCSF MyChart Patient Adoption: UCSF MyChart • Connecting patients with UCSF : Anytime, Anyplace • View upcoming/past visits, test results • Request appointments, med refills • Message provider non-urgent questions

  4. Mobile Platform: iPad /iPhone Pilot with 20 Providers thru Dec 2011 Connecting providers with the APex Anytime, Anyplace Patient Lists Schedule Patient Search Results Encounters Patient Summary NOT Enabling Dictation at UCSF In Basket (Results and Staff messages)

  5. Project Schedule Update February 25th • Go live with Pharmacy, eMAR, and BCMA • Hospital-wide at both campuses • May separate eMAR and BCMA by a few weeks • The rest of nursing documentation, and all of physician documentation, remain in UCare • Providers will take eTraining to access electronic MAR in Apex

  9. On-going Apex Ambulatory Training Dragon Training Approximately 400 clinical users so far 3 hours in classroom training support Medical Center pays for software licensing, set-up, maintenance of voice-profile, and training Departments pay for microphones
