  1. IT’S SHAW TIME! AND WE NEED YOU !! • The Mike Shaw tournament is always huge success due to the wonderful • parents who always step up with their help and new ideas! And ALL of our • athletes and cheerleaders benefit from this tournament since it only • costs $10 to participate in their sport! • Can you assist with any of the following? • Come up after school to help set up the kitchen before our team • parents arrive to work? • Donate an item for a door prize such as sports items, (i.e. tickets • to a game, autographed items, gift baskets, etc.?) • New ideas welcomed! • Any dads home in the afternoon to “buff” the gym floor after school • prior to the start of the games with our new floor cleaning machine? • Know any printing company who would be willing to donate the • printing of our program books? • Any mom or dad available during the day to do a small BJ’s run to • replenish our kitchen throughout the tournament as needed? • If you are able to assist in any way, please contact Anne Staiber at • astaiber@amerihealthcaritas.com. • Thank you so much for your assistance!
