RCC Attributes • Advocacy • To government & local authorities • To clients (funders) • To peers (COVER, CVS, etc); • To customers / communities • Accessible to communities • Engaged with communities • Extensive network • Provision of training • Collect & report output & outcome the regional voice for the rural community
