    11. To Choose a Design Click “Design” from the upper right tool bar

    12. The Slide Layout Box Will Appear to the Right Click the down arrow to the left of the words “Slide Design” Design options will appear

    13. To Pick a Background Choose “Slide Design – Design Templates”

    14. From the Samples of Design Templates Choose a design by “double clicking” the image

    15. Choose a Slide Layout Click the down arrow to the right of “Slide Design” Click “Slide Layout” Scroll through layout options and “double click” the layout of your choice

    17. Adding an Image Click on the “clip art” icon Type in what you are looking for “Double click” the image you choose

    18. Adding Animation Click the down arrow to the right of “Slide Design” Click “Slide Design – Animation Schemes” “Double click” the animation (When you click on an animation it will demonstrate the animation for that slide.)

    19. Adding Narration Click the “Slide Show” tab at the top of your screen Click “Record Narration” from the drop down menu The “Record Narration” box will pop-up Click “OK”
