  5. Introduction & Basic Concepts (4) • A presentation has different formats • Slides • Outlines • Slide Sorter • Handouts • Notes Pages/Speaker Notes • Different formats controlled by different “Master”.

  6. Introduction & Basic Concepts (5) • Outline vs Design • Outline means text content. • Design means slide background, font, bullet and etc. • Outline and Design are independent in PowerPoint

  9. Edit the presentation (2) • Enter Text Content • Each point start with a default bullet • Press [ENTER] for new points • Press [TAB] for sub points • Press [SHIFT][ENTER] for new line but no bullet
