Product AdvancedQualityPlanning AQP Consists Of Five Phases: Including: PPAP Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) is a structured method of defining and establishing the steps necessary to ensure that a product satisfies customer's requirements and expectations. It facilitates communications with all personnel involved to ensure that all required steps are completed on time.

Training Subject Overview: • Advanced Quality Planning is a process to develop quality information in order to develop counter-measures for avoiding similar problems with future new products • AQP creates product and process definition, manufacturing preparedness and maintainability, and ensures their effective and efficient implementation • The objective of AQP is to produce a products or services that satisfy a Customer’s requirements
