  4. Positive Types of Vyasan • Singing Kirtans • Waking up early • Listening to Katha • Reading Shastras • Doing all 5 Maansi Poojas • Doing Mala before going to bed • Discussing Maharaj na Leela with friends • Doing Nitya Niyam everyday • Doing seva for the Mandir and for Maharaj

  5. Negative Types of Vyasan • Playing in Casinos • Smoking • Drinking Alcohol • Stealing from others(eg. Joban Pagi ) • Drinking Tea/Coffee (all sort of caffeine) • Back Biting (Gossips) • Eating Outside (Restaurants) • Bitting Nails • Sleeping during the day • Dressing up • Chewing Gum • Playing Computer Games

Disadvantages of being Vyasani • (Results of having bad Vyasan) • Eating out is a waste of money, instead they can buy healthy food for their whole family • Time wasting • Injurious to health (Excessive smoking/drinking) • People look at you in a bad way (spoils your reputation) • Cannot control their anger (when people get drunk they are unaware of what they are doing and can pick fights for no reason

  7. Some ways that we can overcome bad Vyasans • Tell your friends and family about your addiction • Ask them for their support • Find a new group of friends to hang out with. • Have a plan to deal with cravings. • Start eating well. • Get enough sleep. • Develop a positive outlook
