Everything you need to Know before you Dispute a Will

A Will is made by a person to ensure that his or her estate is properly distributed amongst the beneficiaries as per their wish. To ensure that the Will is executed properly, an executor or an administrator is appointed by the deceased in their Will to supervise the entire probate procedure during which the estate is distributed amongst the beneficiaries as per the Will.

To ensure that the Will is executed properly, an executor or an administrator is appointed by the deceased in their Will to supervise the entire probate procedure during which the estate is distributed amongst the beneficiaries as per the Will. But many times problems may arise during the time of probate as one or more of the beneficiaries might sense that something could be wrong about the Will. They might not get as much as estate they would expect to get compared to the others. Many times a close relative or friend of the deceased may not get their share in the estate according to the Will. There are many more instances when the Will may not be convincing enough and so that’s when it can be disputed in the court to challenge its authenticity and to test its validity.
