  14. Certificates of Coverage Send all requests for Certificates of Coverage (COC) to CRSIG. If Additional Insured endorsement is requested, attach the contract or agreement requesting the AI endorsement. Complete requested form – located on CRSIG website located at the bottom of the menu on the left side of the page. NASDTEC National Association of State Directors of Teacher Education and Certification The NASDTEC Educator Identification Clearinghouse is the national collection point for professional educator discipline actions taken by the fifty states, the District of Columbia, U.S. Department of Defense Educational Opportunity schools, and the U.S. Territories. NASDTEC, through the Clearinghouse maintains a database of all disciplinary actions reported by NASDTEC members and disseminates this information to all participating NASDTEC jurisdictions.
