Research Focus Areas • Computational Fluid Dynamics – Mathematical modeling, Vehicle aerodynamics, Simulation, etc. • Heat exchanging equipment – Different type of heat exchangers including radiators, oil coolers, condensers, evaporators, etc. • Internal combustion engines – Gasoline and diesel engines, fuel injection systems, supercharging etc. • Combustion – Combustion analysis, product of combustion, emissions, etc.

Refrigeration & Air conditioning – Vapor compression and absorption cycles, Refrigerants, Cooling towers, Ventilation systems, etc. • Experimental aerodynamics – Shock waves, Turbulence, Boundary layer, etc. • Helicopter aerodynamics – Rotor aerodynamics, etc. • Energy - Alternative fuel, Fuel cell, Renewable energy: Solar, wind etc. • Vehicle wind tunnel testing
