  2. Why? • This is a good name because people come out on the weekends to “chill” with friends and the drinks are all pre-chilled so they are even cooler with ice.

  3. Location! • My bar/lounge is located on Harlem and Lake street • This is a good location because the average income of River Forest is $107,000 and Oak Park has an average of $82,000

  4. Location continued! • Lake is a primarily busy street, so is Harlem, so this makes the intersection a popularly driven area

VIP:$30 • Guys:$25 Girls:$20 extra $15 VIP for Friday/Saturday • BAR OPEN EVERYDAY EXCEPT SUNDAY SPECIALS • First Friday girls get $5 off • First Saturday if guys bring 2+girls half off VIP access • Every other Friday TEEN night $15 reg. price $20 VIP

  14. Why • This pricing is so everything invested is eventually renewed to be reinvested in the business and the specials bring in even more business on busy nights
