  2. EXAMINATION PRE-EXAM CONDUCT OF EXAM POST EXAM COLLECTION OF ANSWER SCRIPTS RESULTS SUBMISSION RESULT PROCESSING/ENDORSEMENT APPEAL FOR REGRADING TERMINATION & APPEAL

  3. APPEAL FOR REGRADING • One week after the commencement of trimester OR • one week after the release of exam results, • whichever later • Appeal Procedure • Fill in form (ERU Website) • Pay RM50 (Finance Division) • Submit the form (ERU Office)

  4. TERMINATION & REINSTATEMENT • GPA in four consecutive trimesters < 2.00 and current CGPA < 2.00 • Students may be considered for reinstatement if: • Degree / foundation students - CGPA of ≥1.0 • downgrade to diploma program • Important Notes: • If a student does not have a GPA for a particular trimester, his status and probation count will carry forward to the next trimester

  6. GRADUATION Honours/Diploma classification shall be awarded based on the cut-off CGPA given below: A student who obtains a CGPA less than 2.00 shall not be awarded the degree/diploma.
