  1. Fastrax Sevice Guide Upgrade Dome using HID2404SR 1. Run “FastraxFlash.exe” and Click “Scan Dome”. and open new F/W data (xxx.mot)Click “Upload File” RS-232 extension cable HID2404SR 2. If upgrade is complete, press ENTER or MENU key and go to the dome camera’s menu and initialize data by executing factory default. Dip switch setting for upgrade mode. FastraxII E Solution

  2. Fastrax Sevice Guide 6. Click “Next”. 3. Select Device “H8S/2633RF” and click “Next”. Upgrade Dome using ISP B/D RS-232 extension cable 1. Open Flash Development Toolkit 3.1 and click “OK” 7. Click “Next”. 4.Enter “22.1184” at the CPU crystal frequency and click “Next”. 8. Click right button of mouse on created project file and click “Add file…”. 2. Type Workspace Name and click “OK” 5.   3. Fastrax Sevice Guide Upgrade Dome using ISP B/D 11. When upgrade is complete, you can see below massage. Turn off the Dome and unplug ISP B/D 13. Go to Factory default and move the joystick to right direction to initialize EPROM. 9. Select new version software file and Click “Add”. 10.Click right button of mouse on added Target file and click “Download File”. The unit should be power on and ISP B/D switch should be on. 12. If you turn the dome on after upgrade is complete, you can see below massage. FastraxII E Solution

  4. Fastrax Sevice Guide Upgrade K/B using j-box RS-232 null modem cable 4. Turn off and unplug upgrade cable and turn on the KBD . Press AUX1, AUX2, AUX3, AUX4 and press ENTR when input password screen. 5. Go to Factory default and move the joystick to right direction to clear data. 1. Set “ALARM/AUX : NONE” at KBD setting 2. When Turn on the KBD, CTRL + ESC key should be pressed. You can see below screen on LCD screen. 3. Run “FastraxFlash.exe” and set “Dome Baudrate” to “38400” and Click “Scan Dome”. and open new F/W data(*.mot) and Click “Upload File” • In case HID2404CLx,HID2404CZx,Upgrade can be possible later than F/W V2.0 & H/W V1.3 . Before F/W V2.0 & H/W V1.3, Upgrade should be done by ISP B/D. • In case HID2404CE,Upgrade can be possible both J-box and ISP B/D method regardless both F/W version and H/W version. Turn off the K/B and unplug ISP B/D 9. Select new version software file and Click “Add”. 10.Click right button of mouse on added Target file and click “Download File”. The unit should be power on. 12. When upgrade is complete, turn off the K/B and unplug ISP B/D and turn on the K/D . Press AUX1, AUX2, AUX3, AUX4 and press ENTR when input password screen appear.
