  7. Direct the Rider Develop a vision Set and communicate goals Lay out a plan Find the bright spots and clone them Find “native” solutions Script the critical moves

Shape the Path Build habits- use action triggers Rally the herd – mood contagion Ask “What’s working and what can we do more of?” Miracle question:- What are tangible signs (the first small sign) that the miracle has occurred? Exception question-When was the last time you saw a bit of a miracle?
