Purpose/Goal • Run keeper uses a GPS to track your every move during your workouts. • Keeps records of all of your previous workouts • Has built in training plans for losing weight, preparing for a race, getting fit, and even teaching you how to run a race • Has calorie counter, records your pace, sums up your total distance during the week

  4. Uses/Benefits • Easy to work • Great to motivate yourself by setting goals on the calendar and gives you daily reminders • Sharing tools through Facebook and Twitter to share and see your friends workouts • Great for any age group and any fitness level
