  2. What is physical Exercise? It is all about moving, running and playing, whether around your house or at your school, at the gym, or in a park or yard.

  4. Benefits of Exercising What are the BENEFITS? Benefits are things that help us! So how does exercise help you and me?

  5. Benefits of Exercising It helps you to have strong muscles.

  6. Benefits of Exercising It helps to generate more heat, and to feel warm

  7. Benefits of Exercising It makes your heart work faster and stronger, and improves the blood circulation all over your body!

  8. Benefits of Exercising It makes your bones stronger.

  9. Benefits of Exercising It burns extra fat from the body!

  10. Benefits of Exercising It makes you feel good and confident about yourself, and helps your brain work better!

  11. What if you did not exercise? You will not have the benefits of exercising that we just talked about. You would become lazy, feel tired, gain weight, and your brain would be dull. You could even get sick!

  12. What if you did not exercise? Some children like to watch TV or play video games for many hours. That is bad for their health. We need to limit the amount of time for these enjoyable activities. One hour a day is plenty. Chores and exercising is so important to growing up.

  13. Remember It is great to add physical exercise with healthy diet and good sleep. Not only will that help you feel good about yourself, but it will also help your body to grow healthy to fight germs.
