  13. Seniorlab, Musiclab, Laborlab… Some lessons learned: • Seniors is a new group of age. Ageing society doesn’t mean a sick society. Innovation is not the monopoly of youngers. • “Invent your job”, not “looking for a job”. Lesson from SouthernEurope job market. Need radical change in employment policies. • Videogames, music, culture…creates jobs. Need of an urgentchange in educational curricula.

An opportunity to put together Future Internet, Smart Cities and Living Labs in a Smart Specialization strategy. • Cultural activities are alive and arrives to every district, every neigborhood, every citizen. (at least in Barcelona) • There is a growing community of innovators of all kind ready to collaborate if municipality creates the open platform.

Gathering all the “innovative communites” around the city. • By expertise: “arduinaires”, “wikipedians”, “Catdrois”, “open source”, fablabers, digital artists, citizen scientists, social innovators, digital designers, livinglabers, open innovators… • By districts and neiborghoods: Sants, Raval, Gracia, NouBarris,… • Plus the “official innovation community”: Univ, corporations,SMEs, public labs,…
