  3. The research on climate policy in Russia • The research team -including IFF students (bachelor, master), post-graduate students of the Finance University, IFF staff; • To deliberate with ministries, governmental authorities, national agencies and stakeholders - 3 -

  4. The research on climate policy in Russia • Constant monitoring of publications, legislation (current and future, changes, projects), main studies, statistics, analytical material on the field of research (mitigation/adaptation policy) - 4 -

  5. The research on climate policy in Russia • M/A policy portfolios development (standardized data collection, scenarios development, model(s) choice, M/A policies draft development, evaluation – deliberations, M/A final policy portfolios) - 5 -

Information sharing (via web sites; newsletters and other editions) • Valueweb site • Special web site for the project in Russian links to partner’s sites (Partners: 16 Institutes in 14 countries); links to ministries, governmental authorities, national agencies and stakeholders sites; scientific sites. - 6 -

Information sharing (via web sites; newsletters and other editions) • Issuing own newsletter ( electronic version –on the web site/ printed version) • Issuing own special scientific editions (e.g. on particular aspects of the problem) and publishing our works in other existing editions (abstracts/ full reports of the conference; scientific reports and books) and publishing our works in other existing editions - 8 -

Knowledge transfer- conferences and other events • Organizing conferences at Financial University, partner universities, relevant institutions • Participation in conferences in Russia and abroad (Greece; China; the Project partner countries - Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine) - 9 -

Knowledge transfer- conferences and other events (participation and organizing) • Organizing workshops and regular seminars for IFF students, including students’ presentations, sharing the results of research, monitoring current events, inviting guest speakers from relevant institutions, etc • Organizing trainings and summer schools (with certificates for participants who successfully complete the course) - 10 -
