  10. Keyword Rankings December

  11. Keyword Rankings Continued

  12. Tasks Completed • Performed on-page optimization strategies to allow search engine crawlers to be able to discovery webpage more successfully and to examine targeted keywords. • Reviewed top searched keywords from analytics and noticed a lot of traffic from keywords similar to “auto accident lawyers”. We took that knowledge and incorporated these high performing keywords in webpage titles and descriptions to increase on-page optimization. • Made slight edits to incorporate new keywords to web copy to adjust to the new rise of some of the keyword rankings. • Continued Keyword and Search Monitoring and Optimization following new Google Analytics updates. We did see a drop in ranking results in the beginning of the month; once we introduced our SEO tactics we saw the ranking recover. Even some keywords improved from what they were previously before the rankings drop.

  13. Recommendations / Tasks • More content on the blog can be used to link back to the webpage and also visitors will be able to use the blog posts as a resource. Writing content that users will be able to find useful can gain credibility with the users and establish more page authority . A blog can also build awareness, keeping Porter and Strange “top of mind” when they are thinking about hiring a Memphis Attorney. • The Facebook page activity seems to be increasing. Using pictures typically will increase the engagement of users. Also by using pictures people are more likely to pay attention to the picture rather than just written text. In addition to the Facebook posts, incorporating a blog post as a link on your Facebook page can help drive traffic to your site as well. • Google loves fresh content, and is always looking to “crawl” this new content. Installing some new website content will get Google interested in “crawling” your page. A “crawl is useful so Google will have the most updated attributes from your website which will help them notice the keywords you are trying to rank for and in turn can help your search engine rankings. A “crawl” will also be able to tell you if there are any issues Google finds on your page. • Add photos to break up some of the web copy to make the webpage more appealing to the eye. Also we can use “Alt attributes” in photos as an added on-page SEO strategy to help improve rankings • Effectively producing content for Firm’s blog will give reader more insightful information and Porter & Strange can be seen as a resource. Having a reputable blog will give searchers more confidence in your brand.
