Simulation: Trust Core Agenda

  • The Trust has a unified Simulation Training Committee,

  • The Committee is made up of dedicated people with different specialist interests from across the trust

  • The remit of this Committee is to :

    • Coordinate and control simulation training throughout the Trust

    • Develop a strong faculty to deliver any training

    • Develop different courses for different specialities

    • Finds ways of generating funds from simulation

    • Employ a Clinical Skills/Simulation facilitator

    • Purchased SimMan 3G and Gaumard paediatric and new born HALs

    • 25 strong faculty
