  15. A. Unit Rate Unit rate is when the denominator is 1. It is how much something is for just one unit! Examples: • $3.00 per pint • 3 miles per hour • $5.50 per gallon

  16. B. Finding Unit Rate When finding unit rate you must DIVIDE the numerator and denominator to make the denominator 1! Example $15 per 3 ounces
