  4. ACL Webinar – Neal Abraham Consortial Partnerships with External Organizations Intra-consortial partnerships: Whenever 2 or more are gathered… Keep open the option for others. Extra-consortial partnerships: Adding another institution on a case-by-case basis. Working with another consortium or organization.

ACL Webinar – Neal Abraham Consortial Partnerships with External Organizations Extra-consortial Partnerships for Five Colleges, Incorporated • Community-Based Learning and Community Service projects (student orientation, placement partnerships) with nearby Holyoke Community College. • Western Massachusetts Mathematics Partnership (NSF-funded) including neighboring community colleges and neighboring colleges/universities.

ACL Webinar – Neal Abraham Consortial Partnerships with External Organizations Extra-consortial Partnerships for Five Colleges, Incorporated • Shared services/employees (energy, recycling, grant writing, project management, scholarships, community service) with the Eight Cooperating Colleges of Greater Springfield. • Interconsortial collaborations to achieve economies of scale in purchasing and healthcare management.
