  3. Purpose • Help with fundraising efforts by offering alternative or additional long distance services • Share a percentage of our monthly agent commission check • Check is 10% of bill • 40% share sent to organization DWSI

  14. Rule of Participation • No current relationship can exist with the long distance provider (Telecare, Inc.) or any agents representing provider. DWSI
