  35. All participants will be placed in a group. A prevailing agreement will be presented in each group along with several discussion questions. “PREVAILING AGREEMENTS”

  36. Facilitators will assist in guiding the discussions. Assign a recorder for each group. Be respectful of one another. Be mindful that some discussions can be emotional. Value the diversity of opinions. GROUND RULES
