  2. What Time should I get there? • Everyone needs to be there NO LATER than 615 AM! • Park where we do for Flight Practice PLEASE CARPOOL!!!! • If you need a ride email Francine by tomorrow afternoon!

  3. What to Expect • 100 plus Aircraft • Show line • Transient line • Fun attractions

  4. Show Line Operations • Majority of people will be here: • Show Line Boss: Anthony • Chris will be assisting me • We will have wing walkers walking the aircraft down the line to where we tell you to put them • DO NOT PUSH AN AIRCRAFT WITHOUT BEING ASKED TO HELP BY THE PILOT • When you meet the pilot after they shut down hand them a Departure Info Card • EVERYONE WILL BE IN A VEST

  5. Fueling • Need possibly two people to help with fueling all day, you will be stationed at the pump for the majority of the day • Prior experience fueling would help!

  6. Transient Line • NO MORE THAN 4 People • Simply guide transient aircraft to areas that they will park • IF you have questions and you are assigned to this position see Francine or Shawna they have done this before

  8. Event Details • We are expecting a couple Jets: • Including a G-IV • Possible L29 • Tico Belle • Various Show Aircraft • During the Show: • When the Air-show Box is active: • Our priority will be crowd control more instruction to follow.

  9. Event Details • Lunch is Provided for Volunteers: • However we will allow people to go in waves so that we are not short staffed at any point • There is also a pan cake breakfast before the event starts at 700 AM

  10. General Announcements • If you have a Transceiver PLEASE BRING IT!!!!! • Do Not forget your sunscreen it is supposed to be 76 and Sunny on Saturday • Expect to stay until about 645 pm that makes over a 12 HOUR DAY!! • Attendance is MANDATORY!!!! It will be a consideration for Competition Team eligibility • If you have a flight team shirt please wear it.
