  5. Challenges Lack of knowledge • Judiciary • Administrative authorities (PTOs) • Custom authorities

  6. Solution What to do? • Training... training... training...

  7. Settlement options • Negotiation: Experience shows they do not want to be perceived as “big corporations” money collectors • Damages Very difficult.
