  4. Open questions • We have the know how and we are working with specific demands. Why do we want to introduce new tasks for practice of the students? How will that affect us? • We teach the students CATIA, Power mill and other soft we work with, but how will we protect the internal projects (prototyping, designing etc)? • 1 month it's a waste of resources for the company (not profitable for the student, too), in 3 month the student realize what we are doing here and he is able to be a part of a project, 6 month are impossible because of the University courses. Who gain what? • Many of the students don't want to be in our company for three month. The immediate goal is to obtain a piece of paper from us. • If there would be performances indicators, they could be adjusted to large companies, but there are major differences between multinational enterprises and medium/small or old one. How about the international practice? • It is a EU project. Where are the others “E”? We should be involved in all the procedures of this project, because concern us too, not only the Universities. • …
