Studies show it also helps ease depression, and reduces feelings of extreme sadness.

What’s more, they make our life richer and more colorful .People of all ages enjoy watching and taking part in various kinds of sports, such as swimming, basketball and jogging. Besides, Sports are also useful in character training. They demand not only physical skill and strength but also courage, enthusiasm and teamwork. That’s why more and more people are active in doing sports in their spare time now.
