  3. Yosemite Regional Hospital • Founded in 1938 • Admits over 5,000 inpatients per year • Handles over 15,000 outpatient visits per year • Performs over 10,000 operations per year • Delivers over 700 births per year

  4. Volunteer Positions • Family Surgical Liaison Volunteer • Family Wiating Area Liaison • Book Cart Volunteer • Special Requests Volunteer • Hospitality and Escort Volunteer • Volunteer Information Ambassador • Flower Shop Assistant • Gift Shop Assistant • Pastoral Care Volunteer

  5. Requirements • Must be 18 years of age • Special studnet programs for 16 and 17 year olds • Minimum volunteer time 4 hours per week • 3-months commitment • Immunization and TB test • Background check

  6. Volunteering Procedures • Attend a volunteer orientation • Select a desired volunteer position • Fill out application • Sign up for an interview with volunteer supervisor • Ensure all medical and criminal records are submitted
